PUTTING DIRECTION VS SPEED?
Always a hot debate this one!
In our coaching what we have found is that a putt that has enough speed to finish roughly 50 cm behind the hole resists slopes better.
That been said launch direction is important but has a touch more freedom. To get a putt close we found speed control more important than direction.

WHICH BALL IS BEST TO PUTT WITH?
This has been a long and heated debate.
Feel, cores and covers. we could go on forever.
What it comes down to with putting and we have done a lot of tests using Trackman putt.
The answer is there is no best ball. All balls react the same when struck with a putter.
The only difference is sound off the club between a harder and softer ball. So that is personal choice!
